What we keep, and why
Last updated July 24, 2026
AccuracyWeb is a creative character studio. You build characters, talk with them, and they generate scenes as you go — on the web and through our characters on Discord. This page explains, in plain language, what data that involves and how to remove it.
01What we collect
We collect only what the product needs to work.
On the web
- Account details — the email address and username you register with.
- What you create — the characters you build (their look, personality, and settings) and the scenes and images generated from your chats.
- Your conversations — the messages you exchange with a character, kept so a conversation stays coherent when you return.
On Discord
- Your Discord identity — your Discord display name (and the user ID Discord provides), used to tell speakers apart in a shared channel.
- Your messages to the character — the text you send it, and the images it generates in reply.
- What the character remembers about you — to stay in character across conversations, it records short facts you tell it (for example, a name you go by or a preference you mention) as notes attached to you in its memory. You can have these erased — see Deletion.
02How we use it
- To generate a character's replies, scenes, and images from your messages.
- To keep a conversation continuous — so a character remembers where you left off.
- To operate, secure, and debug the service.
- To enforce our content rules (see below) and keep a record of blocked attempts.
03AI processing and content screening
Replies and images are produced by AI models we run on our own infrastructure — your messages are not sent to a third-party AI provider to generate them. Everything a character produces is fiction: characters are invented, they are not real people, and their statements are not facts or advice.
Because output is machine-generated, we screen it. Every generation runs through a deterministic filter for prohibited categories (including any sexual depiction of minors, non-consensual, and exploitative content); a match is blocked, not shown or saved, and recorded as a policy event. Characters are creative/companion, aimed at suggestive-not-explicit output — see our Terms.
04Who we share with
We share personal data only with the services required to run AccuracyWeb:
- Discord — when you use a character on Discord, your use is also subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy.
- Our hosting and infrastructure — the servers that store data and run the models.
We may disclose data if legally required, or to investigate abuse or protect the safety of the service and its users.
05Keeping and deleting your data
We keep as little as the product needs to work, and remove the rest.
- Only the current conversation. We don't keep an archive of past chats. When you reset a conversation, its messages and images are deleted and a fresh one begins; within a conversation, older scenes are automatically trimmed to your most recent 25.
- Memory is separate. The short facts a character keeps about you persist across resets — that's how it recognises you next time. You can ask us to erase them at any point.
- Web: deleting a character removes its conversations, scenes, and memory with it. To delete your whole account, contact us below.
- Discord: ask us to erase what a character remembers about you, or all data tied to your Discord account, and we will remove it. You can reach us in our Discord server.
06Age
AccuracyWeb is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. Depicted characters are adults (21+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 is using the service, contact us and we will investigate.
