These terms cover your use of AccuracyWeb — the web studio and our characters on Discord. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

01Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and legally able to agree to these terms. AccuracyWeb is a creative tool made for adults; it is not intended for minors, and depicted characters are adults (21+).

02What AccuracyWeb is

AccuracyWeb is a character studio: you compose characters from a fixed set of building blocks, talk with them, and they generate scenes and images. Characters and their output are fiction — invented personas, not real people, and nothing they say is fact, advice, or a statement by any real individual.

You build a character's appearance from tags rather than writing an open-ended image prompt. What the product will actually render is bounded by automated content screening and an adults-only floor (see below), which apply regardless of the tags chosen.

03Acceptable use

Use AccuracyWeb for its purpose — creating and enjoying original characters. You agree not to:

Attempt to produce, or coax a character into producing, prohibited content — including any sexual depiction of minors, non-consensual content, or content that exploits or endangers others. Output is screened and blocked attempts are logged.
Represent a character's output as real, or as the words or likeness of a real person.
Abuse the service — automated scraping, overloading it, breaking its limits, or interfering with other users.
Break the law, or Discord's terms when using our characters there.

Our content ceiling is suggestive, not explicit. We may adjust what the product permits, and we enforce these rules through automated screening and, where needed, account action.

04Your characters and content

You keep ownership of the characters and creations you make. By using the service you grant AccuracyWeb the license needed to host, store, process, and display your content in order to run the service for you — including generating scenes and, where you have marked a character public, showing it in a shared gallery or as a showcase.

You're responsible for the content you create and for having the right to create it.

05AI-generated output

Replies and images are generated by AI and will sometimes be inaccurate, inconsistent, or not what you intended. They are provided for creative and entertainment purposes only, and are not professional, medical, legal, or any other kind of advice.

06No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccuracyWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

07Suspension and termination

You may stop using AccuracyWeb at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe puts the service or its users at risk.

08Changes & contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, note it on our site. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
